I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with rooms that were both clean and light. The staff were friendly and spoke perfect English, making me feel very welcome. The hotel facilities were great, with plenty of parking available, and I had no trouble finding a spot. The location was ideal for sightseeing, offering fine views of the country surroundings and mountains. the breakfast had a good variety of choices and the food at dinner was cooked to order and delicious.

The hotel is situated in a stunning location surrounded by the beautiful Black Forest and mountains. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views from their rooms, with some even having balconies to relax on. the rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a peaceful and quiet retreat. the friendly hosts spoke perfect English and went above and beyond by cooking a delicious meal. the food at the restaurant was also described as tasty and superb.

The noise from neighboring rooms can be audible, which can sometimes disturb the tranquility of the stay.

Spent Christmas in the area and the surroundings were beautiful, with lots of great views. the breakfast was nice and tasty, with a good variety of choices, including bread and cheese. the beds were comfortable and well made.

The staff didn't greet us with kindness, their attitude was terrible. They didn't seem to care about our comfort and had a poor attitude towards us.
